Im 5'9, and Approx 180lbs, I lenjoy meeting intelligent people. I'm what you might call a social hybrid, and a little bored with challenge of socializing with alcoholics! lol. I Can't seem to meet people who can handle my personality in the long-term.
I have sensitive side that doesn't leave my side. I'm protective (but not over protective), I'll fight for the things I believe in and the people I care for. As far as getting to know me goes its not that hard, start with a smile and you just said hello. I'm kind of typical in the sense my view's change on a daily basis. I am by far a night time person, have been since a wee baby. I prefer to sleep when the sun comes up and be awake all night.
I'm always on the look out for people, but many don't surprise me anymore. What I would like is to meet people with passions, (yes parties count as a passion LOL! just dont over do it) I enjoy steady conversations that don't cut other people up "too" much.
Lets see, the "real" me huh? Im a Si-Fi guy, im a trekkie, I'm a gamer geek, enjoy going out to the bars when i'm with a woman who can dedicate the night to the man, or group she came with. I like stages nightclub, just something about the elivated dance pub I find appealing. I enjoy the rain, I enjoy the water, I have strong work ethics but im lazy on weekends, and I drive my own car. I'm alot of things but then arent we all. I like to think of myself as normal, but thats alot of different things to alot of different people now isn't it?
P.S. HATE, and cant stress enough how much I HATE mind games, especially people who play them intentionally.
Thats about it for now really. I'm tired of having to play it cool to meet everyone else's standards you know? I've spent years working my ass off for people that let me down, and in the process I've probably let twice as many people down myself. I've broken life long friendships, irreplaceable friendships, and having learned lessons the hard way, I'm looking to make new ones.
Anything else I reserve for that steady conversation thing I mentioned.
