Canadian Prices are Available. Q. What do I get?As a subscriber, you can contact anyone and anyone can respond. SuperGold (optional) allows everyone to contact you first for free, even non-subscribers! Also, say goodbye to pop-ups (be sure to always login) and you can upload up to 25 pictures. And of course, its a nice way to show off your CK addiction! Q. Is paying secure?Absolutely! We use PayPal because it is VERY secure and easy to use. We don't have any access to your credit card information, and nothing can be done without your permission. Q. I don't have a credit card.No problem, you can send a Money Order. All the info on how to get one (bank, mall, etc..) and where to send it can be found by going to the Subscription Page and selecting "Money Order". Q. How do I cancel my subscription?You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to PayPal.com > History > Cancel. (Click on "Details" link and "In reference to" link if you can't find it) Note: This is only for monthly subscriptions. Q. Can I buy a membership for a friend?Yes! Go to their profile and click "Gift Subscription" at the bottom of the screen. Q. If I don't subscribe, what happens?Your profile will NOT be deleted and you can always reply to Gold members for free. You can even initiate contact for free with SuperGolds. However, if you want really want to meet new people (specially you guys out there) subscribe so you can be contact anyone. Q. Why did the site suddenly turn pay?Well, it wasn't sudden... it was many years in the making. As the site grows, so has our expenses. We now serve about 50,000,000 page views per month on a group of database and media servers... very expensive!
Unfortinately, banners and pop-ups just don't cover the cost. But we made the price so low, we figured those who enjoy the site would see it as being fair and well worth it! Q. I can't afford it!No doubt that for many, specially students, money is very tight. But keep in mind how cheap this site is, and how much you get out of it! Comperard to how much money we all throw away on movies, beer, night clubs, bars, take-out, etc.. $5 is so with it!!! | |
| Q. Haven't received my confirmation emailSometimes this happens. You can try again. (try a couple of times a day, we check our email servers nightly). And make sure it wasn't caught in your spam folder. Q. I can't loginMake sure your username and password are correct (Lost Username) Try deleting your cookies (Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies), then close your broser, and try again. Be sure your cookies are enabled, you are on medium or lower privacy, and your computer's clock is on the correct date. Q. The site says I has been misbehaving?Its not always you, sometimes IP's are shared... wait 1 hour and try to login again. | |
| Q. Can't upload your picture?Make sure it's a .jpg/.jpeg, non-animated gif, or bmp. In most cases the picture has been uploaded but your computer is still showing your old picture (automatic to increase your surfing speed) Q. Can't get your Webcam connected?People using Windows XP. There is a built in firewall included with XP that will stop your camera from broadcasting. Follow the steps in the Windows help section on your PC. Commercial firewalls have to be given permission to allow your camera to broadcast. Check your documentation for directions. All cameras broadcast on Port 8888. Q. Someone is harrassing me.The best thing to do is block and ignore!!! Its far easier than complaining to us... Q. Why doesn't Blades ever answer me?a) You're not his type (mammal) b) You're not Staff. c) You are not offering money. Actually, he's VERY busy, and also VERY sick.
